Bhutan, The Land of the Thunder Dragon, is a small mountain kingdom nestled in the Eastern Himalayas, sandwiched between China and India. Due to prohibitive fees imposed by the government to manage the number of annual tourists, we were able to visit for only three days. However, in this short time, we got a taste of how unique this country actually is; they are embracing technology and modern development as well as ancient Bhutanese traditions and customs.
