Bolivia

No Longer on Itinerary

We originally toyed with the idea of visiting Bolivia as the last country on our journey, but changed our mind due to two reasons. One, we had met several travellers coming from Bolivia who told us about several difficulties they encountered in the streets and at the border, due largely to the political instability that currently exists in the country (although we also met travellers who experienced no issues there). The second reason was that there was so much in Peru that we hadn't seen yet, and we thought it would be nice to take our time and spend a whole month in one country. We'll have to save Bolivia for next time!
