We hadn't planned on spending any time in Germany, but we decided to pop down to Munich from our transit point in Frankfurt for two nights, just to visit Aimee and Karsten. However, once we left, we were wondering why we didn't spend a few more days there, other than not wanting to impose on them too much. Nevertheless, it was great to catch up, and we really enjoyed the hospitality they showed us. A longer visit next time for sure!
